Celebrating three successful project completions

We’re really pleased to confirm the successful completion of three recent projects across the education, healthcare and specialist training sectors, delivered at locations across the UK.

Each project demonstrates our experience in delivering complex electrical services within live, operationally demanding environments, working closely with principal contractors and project partners to achieve successful handover.

SAP4 Student Accommodation, UWE – Filton, Bristol

Handover and practical completion has been achieved at the SAP4 student accommodation development for the University of the West of England (UWE), delivered for Bowmer and Kirkland (Western Region). The 330‑bedroom facility is located close to the UWE Filton campus and has created a new landmark building within the area. We delivered the electrical services package as part of the wider project team, contributing to a high‑quality accommodation facility designed to support growing student demand.

NHS Community Diagnostic Centre – Mansfield

We have also completed all electrical works at the new NHS Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Mansfield for Kier Construction.

The centre is designed to provide faster and more accessible diagnostic services for local communities, delivering up to 100,000 tests each year and enabling thousands of patients to receive diagnoses closer to home. The project combines newly installed infrastructure with elements of the existing estate, requiring careful coordination and integration.

Sustainability formed a key part of the project delivery, with solar PV installation and a green roof incorporated as an innovative response to the limited site footprint. The completed facility represents a significant investment in regional healthcare provision within Nottinghamshire.

Engineer Training Facility – Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Lastly, we’ve finished work on a high‑tech engineer training facility in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, delivered for one of the UK’s largest energy services companies. The project involved the design and installation of complex electrical services to support specialist engineering and technical training requirements. The completed facility provides a modern, purpose‑built environment to support future workforce development within the energy sector.
